Florence to get creative |
Holidaymakers staying in Tuscany villas in October will be given the chance to stimulate their artistic instincts at Florence's Creativity Festival.
This cultural event will be held at the city's Fortezza da Basso from October 23rd to 26th.
The festival presents a range of exhibitions, shows, performances, seminars, workshops and other activities all arranged around certain themes.
Three different sections will comprise this year's event, starting with Visions, which focuses on key figures from modern cultural history, including the likes of Isaac Asimov and Jules Verne.
Discoveries looks at the part that artistic creativity can play in technological innovation and development, while the Journeys section is based around space and time, focusing on art and culture in different world locations.
Holidaymakers staying in Tuscany villas will be able to choose from some 400 events in total, including a number of activities that will be of interest to youngsters.
